Step Up to the Plate: Become a Coach

Tri-Lakes Little League is actively seeking volunteer coaches—both head coaches and assistant coaches—for the upcoming season! Coaching is an incredibly rewarding way to support our players while making a lasting impact on their baseball or softball journey. We have coaching opportunities available at every division level, and as a token of our appreciation, head coaches will receive a 50% refund on one player’s registration fee (for the child on the team they are coaching).

Note: Discounts will be refunded after teams are formed and are not reflected during registration.

Coaches are expected to:

• Coordinate practices and coach games.
• Attend a mandatory coaches meeting/training at D-BAT.
  • Level 1 Training for new coaches, Level 2 Training for experienced coaches
  • At least one coach from each team must attend
• Participate in player assessments (Minors through Juniors divisions)
  • Coaches must attend at least two sessions. These divisions will form teams via draft, so familiarity with players is key.
• All coaches must complete a background check
